Development Director

  • Direct twenty-four developers in their day to day tasks of designing, building, and implementing a unique online world.
  • Draft project milestone lists and ensure production carries through to meet those milestones.
  • Establish developer guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure all members of team are properly trained, and remain informed during each phase of development.
  • Provide AI design, development and implementation from concept phase to release on two leading PC based MMOLRPGs and five expansions. Direct results of completed and continued development for Dark Age of Camelot include:
    • A top subscriber base of over 300,000 within the US
    • Subscriber base of 500,000 worldwide.
  • Designed and scripted advanced AI for encounters that are now paving the way to some of the most dynamic game play elements ever seen in the industry.
  • Developed and implemented story level encounters to include dialog writing and back-story creation.
  • Developed and implemented a dynamic quest system still used and continually expanded in current projects.
  • Designed a set of development tools for use on each project. Tools ultimately cut production times in half.
  • Performed dungeon / terrain design as well as implementation in proprietary 3D toolset.
